Cucumber Kimchee

Ingredients

1 Cucumber
1/4 cup Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Carrot, shredded
2 TBS Sunny's Kimchee Seasoning
2 TBS Sunny's Korean Teriyaki Sauce
Optional: Pinch of Fresh Garlic and/or Ginger

Preparation

Step 1
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and then cross-wide into 1/4 inch thick half moons.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine cucumbers, yellow onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning, Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce, and mix until well coated.
Step 3
Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Enjoy this cool, spicy, and refreshing kimchee dish as a garnish or with steamed rice or noodles!
