Korean Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

1 cup Beef Bulgogi, prepared
2 cups shredded Swiss & Mozzarella
1/2 cup Cucumber Kimchee
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP Sunny’s Gochujang
4 pieces of brioche, thick sliced

Preparation

Step 1
Mix mayo and gochujang together and then spread on each slice of bread.
Step 2
In a low to medium heated skillet, place both slices of bread in to toast for 1 minute. Remove 1 slice and flip over the other slice.
Step 3
Place half of the cheese on bread.
Step 4
Add bulgogi.
Step 5
Add kimchee.
Step 6
Cover with lid for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 7
Place other slice of bread on top, toasted side down, and then gently flip and cook for 2 minutes.
