Jicama Kimchee

Ingredients
2 Jicamas
1 TSP Salt
1/4 cup Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning
1 TBS Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce
2 TBS Green Onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Peel jicama, cut into 3/4 to 1 inch thick disks, then slice into cubes.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine jicama, salt, green onions, Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning, and Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce.
Step 3
Mix well until the seasonings coat the jicama cubes evenly and the jicama looks juicy.
Step 4
Enjoy immediately.
