2 peeled onions 1 cup all-purpose flour
2-3 egg whites
2 TBS Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 TBS Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning
3 green onions for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Slice the onions width wise and then break them apart into rings.
Put the flour in 1 bowl, the egg whites & teriyaki into a second, and into the third put the Panko and kimchee seasoning.
Dip each onion ring into the flour, then the egg white mixture, and then the bread crumbs.
Place them on the baking sheet and then repeat with the next ring.
Bake them all for about 20 minutes or until crispy. Garnish with fresh green onion and serve right away.
