Chicken Bulgogi

Ingredients
1lb Chicken Breast, sliced bite size pieces
1/2 cup Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 TSP Ginger, minced
2 TBSP Green Onion, chopped
2 TBSP Stir Fry Oil
10 Red Lettuce Leafs, for wraps
2 Tablespoons Sunny’s Stir Fry
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl mix chicken, Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce, garlic, and ginger. You may cook right after marinating, but it is best to keep in the fridge and let it marinate for about 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Heat large skillet over med-high heat with Sunny’s Stir Fry Oil.
Step 3
Add chicken mixture into skillet. Cook through until slightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.
Before plating, garnish with green onions. Enjoy with steamed rice, vegetables, noodles, or our favorite – wrapped in fresh red lettuce leafs. Simply Delicious!
