1/2 cup Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning
1 TBSP Sunny’s Teriyaki Sauce
1 TBSP garlic
1 TBSP ginger, optional
Slice cucumber. We’re using a mandolin to thinly slice but if chunks or thicker slices are your thing, go for it!
Add remaining ingredients.
Gently toss to coat and mix.
