Grilled Teriyaki Cod + Spicy Zoodles

Ingredients

Zucchini
Fresh Atlantic Cod
Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki
Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning
Grapeseed Oil
Sesame Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Make (or buy) zucchini noodles. Lightly salt and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Add 2 TBSP of Kimchee Seasoning + 1 TBSP of Teriyaki Sauce + 1 tsp of Sesame Oil. Let this sit, we’ll be back for you shortly!

Step 3

Heat 2 TBSP of grape seed oil over medium heat. Once evenly heated, gently set fish in and cover. Cook for about 8 minutes or until flaking.

Step 4

Add 2 TBSP of Teriyaki Sauce over fish and move it around the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until sauce starts to glaze. Spoon it over the fish.

Step 5

Plate zucchini noodles and then place fish atop. Option to garnish with green onion or sesame seeds.
