1 bunch of Fresh Kale, cut in to 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Carrot, shredded
4oz Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning
4 TBSP Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce
Place kale, carrots, and onion in a large bowl.
Whisk Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning and Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce in a small bowl and pour over vegetable mixture.
Toss lightly until coated. Be gentle to not bruise the kale.
Let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes. Lightly toss again before serving.
Great as a spicy salad alone or add your favorite grilled meat or shrimp for a meal. Healthy and delicious, enjoy!
