Kohlrabi Kimchee

2 Medium Kohlrabi
2 Green Onions, cut in 2 in pieces
3 TBS Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning
½ cup Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce


Step 1

Peel & shred kohlrabi, set to the side.

Step 2

In a large bowl mix Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning and Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce well.

Step 3

Pour mixture over kohlrabi and green onions. Toss lightly until well coated.

Step 4

Add more Kimchee Seasoning for a spicier taste.

Step 5

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.

Enjoy it as a side or as a topping on your burger. Can be stored in the fridge or served right away!
