Korean Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb Beef or Mushroom Bulgogi, prepared
4 flour tortillas
2 TBSP Sunny’s Gochujang
1 cup Sweet & Sour Carrot + Radish (hyperlink to recipe)
1/2 cup cilantro
2 TBSP Sunny’s Spicy Korean Sesame Dressing
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet on medium to medium high heat to toast tortillas; about 15-20 seconds on each side.
Step 2
Lay tortillas out.
Step 3
Smear gochujang in the middle.
Step 4
Layer in bulgogi, S&S Carrot & Radish, and cilantro in to each tortilla.
Step 5
Sprinkle with dressing and then sesame seeds.
Step 6
Fold over one side of the tortilla and roll lightly into a cylinder.
