Mushroom Bulgogi
2 TBSP Sunny’s Korean Sesame Dressing
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced red pepper
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 small head of Boston lettuce
Green Onion & Sesame seed to garnish


Step 1

Wash and rinse lettuce thoroughly and then gently peel off leaves for ‘cups’.

Step 2

Lay out cups on a tray or counter and add a spoonful of Mushroom Bulgogi, red onion, red pepper, carrot into each lettuce cup.

Step 3

Drizzle a spoonful of Sunny’s Sesame Dressing over each cup.

Step 4

Garnish with green onion and sesame.
