1/2 lb fresh okra, whole
2 quarts of water
1 TBSP Salt
2 TBSP Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning
3 TBSP Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp Sunny’s Stir Fry Oil
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Kimchee Seasoning, Korean Teriyaki, and Stir Fry Oil. Mix well and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
In a medium to large sauce pan, bring water and salt to a boil. Let boil 2 minutes.
Add okra. Cover. Continue to boil for 2 minutes.
Take it off the heat and immediately rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.
Toss okra in the medium bowl and coat with seasoning.
Ready to serve!
