Sunny’s Kimchee Chili

Ingredients

1lb Sirloin, Pork Loin, or Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
2 cups Cabbage, shredded
2 cups Daikon Radish, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
2 large Carrots, chopped
1 medium Yellow Onion, chopped
1 Jalapeno, chopped
1 can Kidney Beans
1/3 cup Sunny's Kimchee Seasoning (add more for extra spice)
1 TSP Salt 3 cup Water
Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1
Marinate the meat with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Saute the meat until caramelized in a skillet.
Step 3
Add water, Sunny's Kimchee Seasoning, kidney beans, onion, salt, and meat into a large sauce pan.
Step 4
Let it boil for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add remaining vegetables to the pan.
Step 6
Cook medium to low heat for 20 minutes. (If you desire thicker chili, cook until you desire)
Serve in a bread bowl or even with steamed rice. Yum!
